Exhibitors / Sponsors

Exhibit fee includes one or two 6-foot exhibit tables for company display in the conference meeting area for the duration of the conference, and ONE complimentary conference registration. Additional exhibitor company representatives may register for a discounted registration fee of $450 each.

You can enter the number of additional exhibitor company reps that you would like to attend. The cost for these are $450.00 per person. You can enter their names in the contact section below.

All sponsors will be recognized in conference materials, on prominent signage at the event and on the USCID website. Sponsors have the opportunity to provide literature (brochures, booklets or pamphlets) for distribution at the registration desk.

Exhibitors will be provided with a 6-ft draped and skirted table (12-ft table for double booths), and two chairs. Exhibitors requiring power should supply their own power strips and extension cords. The exhibit area will be open beginning with the opening reception on Tuesday evening, and will continue through the Thursday afternoon coffee break. Opportunities to meet with exhibitors will be offered during the Tuesday and Wednesday receptions, continental breakfasts and morning/afternoon breaks. Exhibit setup is Tuesday, October 20 from 1:30-4:30pm. Exhibit teardown is Thursday, October 22 from 3:30-5:30.

All sponsors will be recognized in conference materials, on prominent signage at the event and on the USCID website. Sponsorships will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors have the opportunity to provide literature (brochures, booklets or pamphlets) for distribution at the registration desk. Sponsors of lanyards, pens and writing pads agree to provide these items at no cost to USCID. Sponsors will be responsible for the shipping or transport of any literature or promotional items to the USCID Conference in Reno.
